Travel Reviews & Information
I did not initially obtain any perks as a Gold member. In fact, I did not receive the corner suite I needed reserved until after I inquired concerning this. When leading desk agent provided our tips and said we’d a ruler room on one of the bigger flooring, I said, “We have a corner king executive collection, don’t we?” She said that there were not any available. She was informed by me that I acquired booked a professional part suite; the Seattle Pride Package.
She examined the computer again and provided keys for a corner suite on the 19th floor then, plus a coupon booklet. This was not as high of a floor as we’d originally been given; however, it was a collection. The agent didn’t code our keys for usage of the concierge lounge, nor did she point out it. She had talked about how exactly to access the web as a Gold member, weekend therefore I thought that maybe the lounge was not open for the vacation. That day Later, I found that the concierge lounge was accessible for soda and water though it was not staffed, therefore I ceased at the front end table to inquire about this back.

The employee in those days, apologized that people were not given access at check-in, and she coded our keys for lounge access. The guestroom was comfortable; however, it had not been as impressive as I had expected. The room description on the website and on our booking confirmation listed the room as 497 rectangular feet, and the available room we received was NOT 497 rectangular foot. It was more like 350 square feet. When looking at a picture of a ruler corner suite on the website, the explanation is 335 rectangular feet, although the rest of the areas list the suites as 497 sq. feet.
I am not sure if there are two different part suite rooms, or if the explanation needs to be changed on the site. It’s possible we received a king corner collection (335 sq. foot.) rather than the executive ruler corner suite (497 sq. foot.) that we had reserved since our room was not on the concierge floor. The web site only lists five suites though, and I could not find two different collection types.
I wish I had been more diligent about the facts and differences at the time of our stay, because I would have inquired whether we had been given the correct room type. I did not scrutinize everything until after we had returned home. My recommendation for guests who reserve an executive king part suite–bring your printed booking with you! There was a comfortable sitting area, when getting into the suite, including a sofa, floor lamp, one end desk, chair, and desk, and flat display TV. The suite got a connecting door to the guestroom nearby.
I liked the surface wall of home windows, which made the area look larger. The toilet was located between your sitting area and the bedroom, and there are a beverage middle and closet across from the bathroom. The small fridge never got cold, and we tried to adjust the thermostat a number of different ways.
The safe in the wardrobe was large enough to carry a laptop. Another smaller flat display screen TV was situated in the bedroom. It had been installed on the wall in the part since the bedroom was quite small. There was enough room to walk around the base of the bed just, with a small nightstand on each side of the bed. Large windows constructed both exterior bedroom walls; however, they would have to be cleaned.
There was a nice suitcase bench/screen seat on one wall structure. This guestroom did not have any Renaissance bathrobes, that I observed other guests putting on to and from the pool. I skipped that because I had formed loaded light this trip and did not have a warm swimsuit coverup to wear. I needed done the Virtual Concierge form online a few days before our entrance, asking for turndown service and early check-in at 1 p.m.
Since our key packet was not prepared, and we were at first given the wrong room type whenever we checked in at 1 p.m., That evening I was not too assured that people would obtain turndown service. Whenever we returned from dinner, turn down service have been provided. Amenities included two local chocolates, and two containers of drinking water.
